CHERRY CRUNCH

I love this stuff.  it is so good. A great dish for Sunday Dinners, and a perfect dish at Thanksgiving.




CHERRY CRUNCH


350* for 45 minutes

  1. 1 can of Sweet Cherry Pie Filling
  2. 1 large can Crushed Pineapple with juice
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 1 box of yellow cake mix
  5. 2 sticks of butter
  6. 1 cup chopped pecans
  • In a 8x12 baking dish  add cherry pie filling, smooth over bottom of dish
  • Add pineapple over cherries (with juice)
  • Sprinkle sugar over top of pineapple
  • Sprinkle then smooth DRY cake mix over pineapple.
  • Melt butter
  • Pour melted butter over cake mix
  • Top with pecans and bake. 
Serve hot.
