CHERRY CRUNCH
350* for 45 minutes
- 1 can of Sweet Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 large can Crushed Pineapple with juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- In a 8x12 baking dish add cherry pie filling, smooth over bottom of dish
- Add pineapple over cherries (with juice)
- Sprinkle sugar over top of pineapple
- Sprinkle then smooth DRY cake mix over pineapple.
- Melt butter
- Pour melted butter over cake mix
- Top with pecans and bake.
My Granny did this one with fresh blueberries instead of cherries...yummy!
