PORCUPINE BALLS


LOVE MEATBALLS I HAVE A FEW RECIPES 
THAT YOU WILL LOVE 

THESE ARE CUTE, AND OH SO GOOD!










PORCUPINE BALLS


 (no porcupine's were hurt but these balls)



Preheat your oven to 350* 

You will need 10 porcupine's JOKING



~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups of uncooked white rice or you can use brown rice (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon dried onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 14 ounce can beef broth
  • (I always add a little  more season's to the meat. You can choose what you like garlic, parsley



Put raw ground beef in mixing bowl  mix 1/2 the rice in with the meat. (I always add extra  season to the meat so it will not be bland) 
Make meatballs

In large baking dish add the remaining rice, onion, salt, Italian Season, tomatoes and beef broth. Stir together

Top in meatballs, cover with foil tightly. 
Bake at 350* for one hour..
