ZUCCHINI BREAD




OH.. STOP!
Before you blow this off, because it is Zucchini, listen to this, this bread is the bomb!
You do not taste the zucchini, it just kinda holds everything together! This bread just rocks!




Pre heat oven to 350*
You will need loaf pans, strayed with baking spray


~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  1. 3 eggs beaten
  2. 1 cup oil
  3. 2 cups sugar
  4. 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
  5. 3 cups of self rising flour (sifted)
  6. 3 teaspoons of vanilla
  7. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  8. 2 cups of grated zucchini ( DO NOT PEEL)

  • Sift flour, cinnamon, sugar and  baking powder together
  • Mix oil, eggs and vanilla together 
  • Add all together and mix 
Fold in zucchini mix by HAND. 

Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 350*.

Serve warm or cool.
